Choosing a theme for the next project

I had been working for the local goverment to acomodate a blog for the cultural events.
Given the fact that these events are very diverse, they did not want to tie too much to the same look and feel.
Looking around I came accross Tony Green theme with an image rotator, that works great, it takes a random image, that makes the site more maintable, drop r image in the right directory an voila!.
